About The Family

Hi, I'm Tina and I'm 27. I'm pretty sure I'm in denial because I told someone the other day that I was 26. But not to worry, my asshole of a husband felt the need to remind me that I was indeed 27 now.

In Pompeii being classy.

It's okay because he's 31 and I like to point out that he's getting a bunch of grey hairs. The jerk's name is Christopher and he's in the Army.

At the Roman Forum. Such a gentleman.

We met at work a couple of months after he got stationed in Korea and he pretty much stalked me. We moved in together after 4 months of dating and got married a year later. Five months after that... we got pregnant! And yes, it was planned. When you know, you just know. We didn't waste any time once we found each other.

If you could follow us with a hidden camera, we'd probably scare the shit out of you. We're weird. We don't talk like normal people. We gross everyone around us out with all our baby talk and making out. And you know what? I love it. Especially because I don't really know how to be normal. There are times though that we get to the point of too weird and we have to stop ourselves.

Rawr.
We had our beautiful little girl, Isabella Rome, on January 24, 2011. She is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to us. I mean seriously, the girl is freakin awesome. If I had known having a kid was this amazing, I would have done it sooner. Maybe those crazy bitches on Teen Mom are on to something... haha! Just kidding! Oh God... I hope she doesn't read this one day and decide to become a teen mom...

She's gonna be trouble...

We have two dogs. Philly and Vega.

Philly is a cocker spaniel mix. Honestly, I don't even know if he's a cocker spaniel mix but that's what the vet put on his paperwork the first time I took him so we'll stick with that. He's one emotional little fucker. I've never met a dog that sulks before. Sometimes he goes into the corner and just sits sulking and staring at the wall. Weird.

Brokeback Philly

Vega is a Korean Jindo. She's an attention whore. Seriously. She will not leave you alone.... EVER. But, she hates other dogs. I don't know if she hates them, but she likes to beat them up and make them her bitch. It's kind of embarrassing.

Vega as a puppy.

My dad thinks that my two dogs are a direct reflection of my personality. He's probably right.

The hubby is currently deployed and we are missing him terribly. I love being and Army wife because I'm incredibly proud of Christopher but I could do without the deployments.

And really, that about sums us up for now
